This is the perfect job for you if you like to:

  • be a key enabler for the successful setup, planning, implementation, and operationalization of our client’s digitalization efforts.
  • manage project progress and requirements to drive projects forward and deliver on time.
  • act as the hub of an efficient communication network within the project, conduct project meetings and top management sessions.
  • assist the project manager to track problems, monitor risks, ensure information synchronization, give risk warnings at the first time, and identify core personnel at the first time to promote to a certain extent.
  • organize workshops attended by various teams (internal and external) to understand the needs of the new project and propose the most appropriate integration solution.
  • introduce and live the Ventum China core attributes Results, no excuses – demanding, but fun.
  • build and develop your, our client’s and Ventum’s capability to stay ahead of the industry.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree mandatory, Master’s, or higher desirable.

What would be ideal to see on your side:

  • Practical experience in project management and technical project delivery.
  • Familiarity with various software development processes and agile as well as waterfall methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Process improvement and implementation across cross-functional as well as cross-cultural teams.
  • Fast learner with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, able to use English as a working language (mandatory).
  • Good command of written and spoken Japanese with the ability to speak Japanese as a working language (mandatory).
